Ton Bags Delivery

Delivery with Kerbside Tail Lift Lorry OnlyWe do not deliver by crane or hiab. We deliver with a kerbside tail lift lorry only.

Pallet Tuck Moves Pallet After Lorry Offloads All deliveries are made on a tail lift lorry and lowered to the ground. A manual pallet truck is then used to manoeuvre the pallet into position.

Couriers Deliver between 8am and 6pm Our Couriers deliver between the hours of 6am and 8pm, you can request a telephone call 1 hour before in the special instructions box on the checkout page.

Flat Solid Ground RequiredThe ground and road need to be flat, level and solid tarmac or concrete to use this system. If you have any doubts please contact us for further details. Broken concrete, gravel or sloping ground is unsuitable and pallets may be left on the roadside only if it’s safe to do so.

Wide Road RequiredThe road must be wide enough for a lorry to fit down, usually wider and larger than a dustbin lorry. If your access is restricted, please could contact our office.

Be Aware Of Overhead Obstructions Please make sure that there are no overhead obstructions, such as overhanging trees or cables. Also please inform us of any height restrictions on the delivery route as this could prevent delivery.

Cannot Deliver On To Sloping GroundWe cannot deliver onto sloping ground, as the tail lift must be able to lay flat on the ground.

We do not deliver with hiab or crane offloading. Bulk bag deliveries will be made by a kerbside tail-lift lorry to put the pallet as near as possible to where you need it. The ground and road needs to be a solid, level tarmac or concrete surface to use this system. If you have any doubts please contact us for further details. Broken concrete, gravel or sloping ground is unsuitable and pallets may only be left on the roadside at the driver’s discretion if he deems it safe to do so.

To ensure your aggregates are delivered, you, (or someone on your behalf), will need to be there to sign for them.

Delivery costs are based on your location, the more you buy the more you save on shipping. All ton bag deliveries are made by a heavy pallet delivery company. While most deliveries are made within 4 working days, some locations may take longer (5-7 business days) so please be patient. Unlike a regular pallet delivery company, heavy pallets like ours are not part of regular (light pallet) network routes so it may take longer for your order to arrive. We offer a next day delivery, but service charges apply*.

Deliveries are made during the hours of 8am to 8pm, although you can choose the delivery date, this can not be guaranteed. We attempt to ensure timely deliveries however these can be affected by conditions outside of our control, for example unforeseen issues on the road or bad weather conditions.

Please note we are unable to provide delivery times.

Charges will clearly be displayed on the website.

You can calculate shipping charges before checkout.

If you have any queries regarding deliveries, please email us at and we will be happy to answer any questions.

Returned goods if cancelled whilst on route or returned due to ground/access conditions being unsuitable for pallet deliveries, will incur a return delivery charge. We will make arrangements to collect or return the goods at the cost of the return charge only. Alternatively you can make your own arrangements to have the goods returned to us within 21 days.

Where a delivery cannot be made on the arranged day due to access or unforeseen circumstances we will attempt a redelivery at your request on the following day or when arranged. There will be a redelivery charge and this will vary depending on the delivering depot. We will advise you of this cost prior to redelivery. If you have any queries concerning this or any other issue please email us at

Stone Disclaimer

Sandstone, Plum Slate, Limestone and Granite are products of nature and have been quarried from all over the world. As natural products, they are prone to variations in color, texture, shade and veining that may differ from the samples shown. Variations in natural products are not considered flaws of natural stone but may occur as a result of the type of stone being used, as well as the current quarry conditions. These differences and variations in the stone should be considered as the beauty of natural stone instead of flaws. No two pieces of natural stone are alike. Always request samples of present stock as variations in material may occur without notice.

Please Note

Bulk stone is washed using equipment at the quarry and usually requires cleansing to reveal its full natural colors. When used for a pathway, driveway or flowerbed, rainfall will normally achieve this or you can simply run a hose to clean the stone of dust.
